A thunderous offensive on the metal guitar market.
Iron Label, the Ibanez made-for-metal series, continues its thunderous offensive on the metal guitar market as its single-cutaway down-tunable wonder, the ARZ, joins the Iron Label. The ARZ series features a sleek, single cutaway design and 24-fret, ultra-comfort set-in neck with smooth heel, designed for metal music.
With its longer 25 scale length, the ARZ series was developed for down tuning, and a natural for the Iron Label treatment. As the leader in 7-string guitar development, maximizing the sonic gravitas of the ARZ series with a seventh string was purely a matter of simple evolution for Ibanez.
The ARZIR27FB features 3-pc mahogany/maple ARZ-7 set-in neck, beautiful figured bubinga top/mahogany body, Jumbo frets, and the TOM 7 bridge for superior intonation and sustain. Electronics include two EMG 707 pickups, specifically designed to beef up the low B while providing a more responsive, super-tight overall sound.
The ARZIR27FBs high gloss finish, bound ebony fingerboard, Pearl/Abalone block inlay, and gold hardware, take the Iron Label series to a new level with a style of new elegance.
