The Ibanez AEF37E Acoustic-Electric Guitar with Onboard Tuner is sure to sound great plugged in or played acoustically, thanks to the Fishman Sonicore pickup and Ibanez SST preamp. The Ibanez AEF37E features a quilted maple top, back, and sides, accentuated by gold Grover tuners and pearl block abalone inlays on the rosewood fretboard.

  • Transparent Cherry Sunburst with a flavored sound

    I am trying to turn my hobby into serious musical adventure. I normally play and produce Trance and House, but I love Jazz and Metal. I wanted to get a guitar that was not going to break my bank but give me the sound that I wanted. A friend of mine found this guitar and let me play with it. I have it now since I loved the sound so much. The guitar comes with D?Addario strings and I am using the D?Addario Phosphor Bronze .010-.047 because it sounds so much brighter. You will not go wrong with this guitar. I also have the Ibanez AW35RECENT ARTWOOD SERIES Acoustic-Electric Guitar that I love. However, my fingers are just not ready and smaller so I am not able to play AW35RECENT. I just let my friend have that one and I kept this one for myself. One day I will graduate to Ibanez ARTWOOD but just not yet.

  • Great re-start

    I'v been playing for 20 years on and off. My old Martin was in bad shape. I planned to spend up to $1500 for a quality Guitar. Played a lot at the store, Then a saw the Ibanez AEF37E, it looked really cool(Cherry Burst). I was turned off at first by the low price! When I played it I was hooked. Great action and sound you can't go wrong, plus the price is excellent! I love this guitar and play more now than ever. Great buy.

  • Sooo pretty, looks & sound

    If you're having any doubts, don't. This is a beautiful guitar, throughout. Fit & finish are A+, sound is big and bold. I changed the bridge pins out to brass ones, and filed down the saddles, but no guitar is ready to play right out of the box. It's easier than you think to set up a guitar properly. It comes with D'Addario strings, but I immediatley changed them to Elixers. Kinda wish I hadn't. The D'Addarios are much brighter. The color on this (I got the cherry) is just sexy! The built-in tuner works great, as well. If you're looking for a great value for the $$, I highly recommend this guitar. Hope this review helps!
