NEW REVIEW - i love this guitar

i got this guitar about a year and a half ago and i was so pleased......this guitar has the best sound quality of a 12 string that i have ever heard and the plug-in can contribute to that sound. i love this guitar and would never get rid of it. if you want a 12 string at a awesome price this is the buy.

Original was damaged. Replacement is great!!!

I ordered the guitar and recieved it in about 3 weeks only for the top of the neck being cracked completely thru without the box or any other part of the guitar being damaged. I immediately called customer service. They could not of been nicer. They immediately instructed me to send the guitar back for a replacement. 2 Weeks later I received the guitar in perfect condition. I don't quite understand how the first one could of been shipped. The replacement guitar is great. Everything I expected it to be. A great buy.
