Hosa TRS-TRS Stereo 1/4" Cable is a reliable low-resistance cable with precision-soldered ends and sturdy insulation. Lifetime warranty.
I'm not so sure what these cables are good for. Maybe a really cheap backup. The sound quality is pretty poor. It thinned it out and had to tweak eq quite a bit to get a decent sound. I wouldn't recommend for live..no way! I used it for my Line 6 Acoustic Variax which requires a balanced or TRS cable. Construction is really flimsy and won't hold it's shape. This cable has no balls. It's like playing with spaghetti. I'm afraid to step on it. If you're looking for a good stereo cable for use on stage, go with Planet Waves. It costs a grip more, but well worth it.

These cables seem to have really bad internal connections - you can induce a bunch of static just by moving them a little - sometimes when they lay stationary, they still build a bunch of static on their own! And I don't mean a little static - it is like, holy cow, what was that?! I bought them to patch balanced connection, but found them totally unuseable. I have found similar issues in the past with molded plastic connectors, and will never stray from the metal connector again. You buy cheap, you get cheap.
