A special case of Special 20 harmonicas at a special price with a durable road case for free!

The Hohner Special Case consists of 5 Special 20 harmonicas in the most popular keys: G, A, C, D, and E. To keep the harps safe while you travel, these Hohner Special harmonicas come in a free padded case with a plush black interior that can hold a total of 7 harps.

Hohner Special 20 harmonicas are known for their awesome response, superior bendability, and the sweetest tone ever. This harp is the first choice for those learning to play harmonica. The Hohner Special 20's airtight design makes it the most recommended go-to harp for harmonica players of any style, including blues, country, folk, or rock. The harmonica's plastic comb doesn't absorb moisture, making it last longer.

The Hohner Special 20 is the harp of choice of harmonica virtuoso John Popper of Blues Traveler, and it's the one played by Bob Dylan on his 2007-2008 tour.

The harp case also has a hook-and-loop fastener as well as a zipper to keep your Honer Special harmonicas securely in place.

  • Special 20 Play Great

As reviewed by Greg on 11/14/2010

The Hohner SP20 is the best harp I have tried so far. I have a Bushman Delta Frost and an MS Bluesmaster. Both of these are good harps as well, but the special 20 plays easier than the others I have. These are great harps for beginners because of how easily they play, but they are also a professional quality instrument. That is one of the greatest things about them is that no matter how long you play you can use the SP20. Please keep in mind that there are certain holes on certain keys of harmonicas that will require a VERY exact mouth and tongue position (embouchure) to sound clearly. Please don't give up or blame the instrument. Just get some good instruction online or in person. We need more harmonica players.

  • Best Blues Harmonica

As reviewed by Benjamin Carter on 4/4/2013

I primarily play the blues, and I own quite a number of harmonicas, from Seydel 1847s to Suzuki Firebreaths and Lee Oskar melody makers, but the Special 20 is my go-to harp when I want to play the blues. It bends properly, has a deep, dirty blues tone and responds the way I want it to when I got the blues. If you are playing a different style with less bends and you want a harp that has a clean, crisp sound I recommend the Seydel 1847 or Suzuki Firebreath. If you want to play the blues, whether just learning or with a lifetime of experience, I recommend the Special 20.

  • worth the money

As reviewed by Jonathan Doherty on 5/1/2012

i was debating on purchasing the cheap bluesband kit or this one. I am very happy with the quality of these instruments. A perfect addition while playing my acoustic. I wouldn't think twice about getting these for the pure clean sound they produce.
