Strongly believe the product is "Factory Seconds" Case was incomplete did NOT have Harmonica spacer in bottom of tray nor did it have a cleaning cloth that should have been with it ! Needed a tarnish like apperance that needed cleaned off !
When I buy any Chros , I usually buy them in pairs so that I can take 2 on the job to have incase of a breakdown . Both of these horns showed up at my door in showroom condition. With all harps, ( especially chros), you have to tweek the reeds to your liking from the factory settings. These were no exception. But with the logic of the reed layout and the fact that everything is assembled with screws, getting to the bottom inner reeds was no problem. The horns are built hohner tough. That means They last.
Got my Super 64 a couple of weeks ago, and I keep grabbing it to figure out this and that tune. Quality and workmanship on this instrument is immaculate, however - I'm a beginner and had to read up on a reed adjustments, etc., which is something all harp players should learn - that info is easily available and free. I am becoming a better musician with my Super 64.
