  • Works Great after you dial it in!!!

    This looks and functions great once you get it dialed in. The trick is to get as many string wraps on it as you can w/o overlapping or binding. Then tune to E first and work the lever a few times and tune to E again. Then tune to D. I put one on My Taylor 510 and also put the GT2 on my Tele. Great product!

  • hipshot gt1 grover-style guitar xtender

    this is my second purchase for this same item. i wouldn't want to play a guitar without one. it installs easily and is not hard to adjust. i have one drawback. if trying to leave capo on the nut, when lever is dropped it cannot fully extend. maybe a shorter lever! otherwise 5 star!

    This device is great. If ou play music styles that do lots of drop down tuning and also standard this is a must. Just as it states... flip a switch and you're good to go. Take s a few times to get used to tuning it but once you do its great. Installs in a flash too! I have on on every guitar I own. one tip... definitely lub the contact point as they say for sooth operation. it does make as difference.
