  • Should call it the "Mighty Mite"

    The Hercules Travlite mini stand is an EXCELLENT stand, at a budget price. It opens and folds for storage easily and simply, and really does fit into a gig bag front pouch. The 2 side legs give it GREAT STABILITY, and the "specially formulated foam" is very non slip. It seems to fit any standard shaped guitar, but not my Flying V, I'll have to get a different Hercules stand for that. Buy it, use it, trust it.

  • Greatest portable stand I've used

    I bought this stand a year ago, and am looking now to replace the Fender folding acoustic stand I have. This one almost never gets hung up with the cord or the strap. Not like the Fender that protruding arms i think actually draw the strap and cord to wrap around them then get jerked into the air when i have to make a fast instrument change (happened many times). Financially have had to wait, as other priorities demanded i make due with the fender. But for a musician who is always having to pack up between gigs and traveling lite is important, you cant beat this hercules stand. I think it has only tangled once and that was probably my fault. it fits fine in my my travel bag also. unlike others, even full size stands, i don't feel like my guitar is about to fall over. Can't beat it for price versus performance if you have to pack up between every gig.
