It also features a Quik-N-EZ adapter for instant attachment of the mic to the stand: just flip the lever down to attach and flip it up to remove. Works on 5/8" tubes and is rubber-lined for a secure grip. The Hercules MS531B EZ Clutch Mic Stand with Boom features 3 great design innovations that eliminate the usual problems associated with everyday mic stands. First, the Quik-N-EZ adapter requires a simple push of the lever up or down to quickly mount it to the mic stand. It can also be left attached to the mic clip for speedy setups. Second, the Quik-N-EZ boom with a retainer allows for instant attachment of the boom to the stand. Just flip the lever up to attach and down to remove.
