This is the best deal for the best electronic kit. The feel is great. Dare I say, better than real. The sensitivity is awesome. No comparison with Roland. The customer service is also fabulous. The studio 6.4 gives you all the best characteristics without the costly options. You don't get the chrome, but then again you don't play the chrome. Definitely a great buy for any other kit in this price range (electric or acoustic).
i used to own this kit a couple months ago until it was stolen out of my van. anyway, i do mostly hip hop/pop/experimental music with this kit not because it can't do the job for rock or any types of music, but just because the module (brain) of the kit offers so many variety. the cymbals are eye catching just because every other electronic kit out there has them black. for most, people wonder if its a really cymbal. no it's not. it's just tainted that way. i would recommend anyone who's looking more bang for their buck.
The quality of this kit is just amazing, especially for the price you're paying. Great variety of sounds and very realistic. Best bang for the buck out there!
