I got this system because i needed a decent pa for cheap that would sound good for my deth metal band. it works great and it can get pretty loud. it carries over the drums on half volume!!!!!! we run 2 mics and a guitar through it and it works great. If your looking for something to jam with this is a great buy but if you can get a better more expensive one.

These speakers were pretty good when I first got them. Not really for shows unless you want to have your other band members lower their amps to like 5. The only thing is that the heads pretty delicate if u dont have a stand or something for it the vibrations of your drummer or amps from your guitarist and bassist will make it stop all of a sudden. It still works but then you have to jiggle the cables a little. Good for practice and SMALL shows in your backyard. Anways just save your money and invest in a better PA. TRUST.

Good product for the price

By Derek M

from Smithtown,N.Y

I got this p.a system in 2010, and have been using it since. so far, i have had no problems. this system has pretty good sound, but the bass could be better. I got this product when i first got into being a DJ. I am upgrading now to bigger speakers(Harbinger aps 15's) but these surved their purpose well. if your looking for a decent quality pa for a decent price, then get this!

Great Small P.A for a GOOD PRICE!!!

By coolmusicdude105

from new york

this system is good for backyards/blockpartys. i wouldn't recomend it for big venues nd dances. good for small bars nd stuff. at first i thought it looked small but once i tried it it was pretty good. the olny negitive i have is that it dosent have a USB inport. alot of other P.A's that ive seen have a usb import. it olny has an inport for cds. otherwise its a good lightweight p.a system for a REALLY GOOD PRICE!

This Unit ROCKS!

By Gary

from NY

I do an open mic nite at a local bar a couple of times a month and in the past the sound has been, let's say, limited. I purchased this PA system because of its price and portability and wasn't really sure how it would perform. I was very impressed by the sound quality. Even with a low end microphone it was able to carry the vocals rather nicely. This system far surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is in need of a good PA for a very fair price.

Best System for the Price

By MyAdvancedDJ.com

from San Antonio, TX

We DJ big events and I bought this to play dinner music in the dinning area before the guests move into the dance hall. Well, this little thing sounds great. Very good highs and excellent mids. Bass is good but you might need a powered sub for larger shows. You should be able to easily dj a backyard party or a house party as is. All you gotta do is add a laptop or Ipod. The cases are vinyl coated and have hard plastic bumpers for toughness. The amp and monitors have handles to carry them and everything fits easily in the trunk of your car. It has 4 inputs in the front and separate line in and rca inputs and outputs in the back. We hooked up two guitars, mic and bass with powered sub just to see what it could do and it sounded great. I now use this system for small shows and it has been very reliable. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Great PA system for it's price

By DJ Kashi

from Eagan, MN

It's a lovely set, and it's really good for it's price range. I do have to say it won't do anything for like the opening for DJ Tiesto but for a start up dj who's going to play out in small or medium venues it does a lot for a little. The recommendation I do have to make is that if you need a lot of base you are better off getting a dedicated system that has a dedicated sub woofer otherwise it plays the highs and medium very well.

Great for Dj'ing smaller gigs

By Nino

from Rochester, NY

I Dj at college and have been bringing this to packed frat parties and it has been working amazing. This is a great deal if you are strapped for cash. It has a line out too to add additional powered speakers to it or a powered sub for the lower end. And the aux in is great for when we have parties and don't feel like setting anything, strap in an iPod and you have a banging house party. For this price, it's more than a steal.

wow its loud!

By NJMJPENA

from kissimmee Fl

i wasnt gonna buy this pa cause i saw it in person and i thought it was small. i ended up buying it cause i needed one ASAP for practice. All i can say is WOW! when i hooked it up to my amps it sounded so good and LOUD! the whole block heard me. I'm definetely playing a show with it at my place. It was a plus when i saw the "line in" in the back so i can run my laptop through it. Its great.
