Great value

By Fred Releford

from Lebanon, KY

I have had these speakers for 2 years now. They came coupled with an Alesis Multimix 8 in a small dj/recording package. I have used them everyday since purchase and gigged them a few times. They get plenty loud for high end but if you are gigging them you will need a sub system. I have used them for band practice, as studio monitors and to DJ some parties and weddings. These coupled with the Harbinger powered 18" sub are a perfect combo for small gigs. They are fairly light and easy to set up. If you are looking for something to do larger outdoor parties, big hall weddings and live band shows then you should go with something bigger than these.

fair sound but short-lived

By Mikhail Chizhikov

from Raleigh-Durham

Harbinger APS12 is an "OK" product for kids' parties, etc. It offers some flexibility with connections. Highs were rather shrilling; lows are "muddy" and insufficient. Tweeters died after less than 2 years of light use. Would not recommend for anything serious.
