Comments about Hal Leonard Social Distortion Live at the Roxy Guitar Tab Songbook:

I play in a Social D tribute band and this has become my bible. One caveat, some of the versions of the songs in this book have different arrangements than the studio albums, and some are even in different keys with different guitar solos, but that's OK. I like having to think a bit. Very accurate transcriptions of the live album versions of the songs. This book deepened my appreciation for the talent of Mike Ness as I did not realize that Social D improvises a bit, which is unheard of in punk rock. Compared with their new DVD I think they must play the songs a little bit differently every night.
