Patsy Cline's expressive voice and magnetic stage presence took her from the honky-tonks of her native Winchester, Virginia, to the Grand Ole Opry, network television, Carnegie Hall, and Las Vegas. A pioneer of the genre-crossing Nashville Sound in the early 1960s, she won new audiences for country music with crossover hits such as "I Fall to Pieces," "Crazy," and "She's Got You."
