Overview

The Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti Classic: A Classic Album Under Review DVD is an expert analysis of Zep's most revered record with rare and classic performances, interviews, seldom-seen photographs and contributions from those involved. This 2-hour DVD finally lifts the lid on what many believe to be the British supergroups very finest offering. It includes contributions from the album's engineer, Ron Nevison; former Yardbird, Chris Dreja; Swansong recording artist, Maggie Bell; author of The Rough Guide to Led Zeppelin, Nigel Williamson; Tight But Loose editor, Dave Lewis; Classic Rock magazine's Malcolm Dome; renowned guitar tutor and author, Rikky Rooksby; and Robert Plant biographer, Neil Daniels. This is the complete story behind what Rolling Stone called "their Tommy, Beggar's Banquet and Sgt. Pepper rolled into one".

In Store Used USED FENDER CUSTOM SHOP AUDITORIUM SOLID KOA ACOUSTIC ELECTRIC WC

By LAWRENCE STUART

from Tamarac, Florida

I bought a guitar from the Edina, MN store, and had it shipped to the Coconut Creek, FL store. Even during Thanksgiving week, I received the guitar in immaculate, as new condition, in only 4 days. The guitar and case were brand new looking, and had no flaws, dings, scratches, scuffs, or defects of any type. I worked the research with Edina's Jacob Muhle, who played the Fender, side by side with a Taylor 712, for comparison, as they are both $3,000+ instruments. Jacob's advice, evaluation and recommendation were spot-on, and his confidence in the instrument made my confidence rise high enough to make the purchase, site-unseen. Jacob later shipped the Fender Certificate of Authenticity for my hand-built custom solid Koa/Koa acoustic Orchestra cutaway guitar in its original case. Thanks again, Jacob! Turns out the guitar is new, having been built from June 2012-June 18, 2013, and I get the distinct honor to break it in and season it here in sunny (humid) South Florida. Jesse Sciacca, from the Coconut Creek store, set up and brokered the deal, with my payment at the Coconut Creek store to start the transfer store to store. Jesse and the Coconut Creek Manager smoothed the transaction, shipment and delivery with the Edina store, and really came through for me. We had the store luthier inspect it carefully and he saw absolutely NOTHING that needed any setup or repair. I took the guitar home, and am wearing that proverbial "cheshire cat grin", knowing I got the bargain of the century on a spectacular acoustic/electric performance level Fender instrument, made in Pennsylvania. I have not considered Guitar Center a real guitar store for custom, high-end acoustic guitars, and always thought GC was a guitar "big-box" superstore with "big-box" level employees, until, in October, I walked in to buy strings for my old Epiphone, and met Jesse Sciacca, who single-handedly changed my mind 180 degrees about GC's customer service, expertise and selection of excellent acoustic guitars. THANK YOU GUITAR CENTER!!!

The good people at the Fresno store.

By William (bill) Buskirk

from Reedley Caa

I have always said that the measure of any store company or business isn't thing not going wrong with there products It is what they do afterward to solve the problem. Grade A+ for the Fresno Blackstone store. I bought a boom mic stand from them 3 months ago. It never was quite right. It had a tendency to want to move toward the floor when you were using it. I keep tightening it but it wouldn't stay put and the bolt striped. I brought back to the store and the replaced it new mic stand This is the kind of business I like. From now on all of my music supplies will be bought here. Service is something you either have or you don't and they have it in spades.
