  • Pretty good

As reviewed by Aaron on 7/22/2010

This book is very easy to read. it is organized very well and the music sounds correct when its played. However there are some strange, unnatural or inconsistent fingerings or positions. Some of the riffs will be played in with one fingering in one spot and then with another later. Also some parts in the tabs have position changes that just arent needed or are cumbersome. But the book is good and provides accurate detail on how things should sound and with timing the guitar notes and vocals which is very valuable. The benefits of busting out Cliffs of Dover-far outweigh some goofy tabbing. Definately a good purchase. make this book a good idea.

  • Seems mostly good, but theres some confusion

As reviewed by Zac S. on 10/25/2009

I'm excited to have the tabs because this is an awesome album. but while i havent gotten very far into yet, theres some...."discrepencies." on the righteous tab you start on a major chord on the 8th fret of the a string, but in every single video i have seen of eric playing this song, he's on the third fret, same shape....what's going on here? who made the tabs? i wonder what other stuff is going to be messed up as i get farther in now...
