  • great book for increasing fretting hand coordination and strength

    I use parts of this book everyday for warming up.It has greatly increased my speed,fluidity and endurance.while most of the beginning exercises are pretty easy chromatic patterns ,when you get past the first twelve exercises, the fun starts.just trying to figure out how to contort your hand the correct way to play some of them is worth the challenge .this book is also very comparable to the guitar grimoire book of exercises.I play both guitar and bass,so I also bounce back and forth between the two books.they are both worth the money.
