Comments about Guild M-75 Aristocrat Hollowbody Archtop Electric Guitar:

This may be the most used guitar I own. Intonation is excellent and the sound is loud enough that I practice unplugged. It is so light I can use a comfortable, somewhat flimsily cotton strap without worry. Compared to other hollow bodies I looked at, this won me over by its sound, comfort, and looks. It's grown on me the more I've play it.

Comments about Guild M-75 Aristocrat Hollowbody Archtop Electric Guitar:

Awesome Guitar. Absolutely gorgeous! I Can't say how much i love this guitar. It's extremely light, and very comfortable. This was on sale for stupid deal of the day, and when i saw this i jumped on it. I'm so glad i did! It sounds great, and looks amazing. I'm almost afraid to touch it it's so nice. I just have to get used to it though. No more jamming while eating... haha

      Distinctive sound

      About Me Experienced

Comments about Guild M-75 Aristocrat Hollowbody Archtop Electric Guitar:

There's something about this guitar's attack that captivated me. Probably due to the combination of a fully hollow but sealed body, the spruce top and the hot single-coil pickups (think vintage P-90s), this guitar has the most distinctive attack - especially on the low-pitched strings - that I can remember. It... punches. There's an impact to the attack that's just plain fun. It's a suitable sound for blues, for sure, but also funk rhythm and even jazz chord melody. It's articulate at any tone or volume.

I'm fortunate enough to have opportunities to play a number of guitars of different types through a number of different amps (I do some studio work and live near a friendly music store). I get to hear a lot of good tones, but this one is different. I don't often decide in the first 5 minutes of playing an instrument that I simply have to buy it, but I did this time. I'd definitely buy another one if I should lose this one.

Comments about Guild M-75 Aristocrat Hollowbody Archtop Electric Guitar:

I can't let this guitar sit here with no reviews. I picked one up when they first came out (summer 2013) and have been using it as my main guitar for shows since then.

I'm really enjoying playing this guitar and haven't been wanting for a new electric guitar since getting it. I play blues/rock/roots music. The sound is very full, if a little on the bright side. I almost always use the neck pickup. The bridge seems a little too thin and bright for my tastes. Beautiful finish and excellent feel and playability. It plays so easy. Tried it out alongside all the other hollow/semi-hollow guitars with similar specs and it was an easy decision because of the sound, feel, fit + finish, and WEIGHT. It's so dang light, it's great.

One of the tuners has had some slipping issues since I bought it, and I will probably replace the whole set. They're certainly not terrible, but not as good as some other guitars I've used.

All in all a super solid axe that people are always asking me about after shows. Worth the price.
