  • Don't own but have played and admired.

As reviewed by Aaron Rowe on 2/1/2013

I've played with this brown beauty along with a Martin 15m and loved them both. Of course the Martin is a Martin, and cost more than twice as much as the Guild, but I thought the Guild definitely stood out considering the price. It plays extremely well, even compared to it's far more expensive Martin counterpart, and sounds surprisingly close to the Martin, though it shouldn't be too surprising because they are both all mahogany, solid guitars. This guitar is a great guitar to buy if you want an all mahogany acoustic and don't have Martin money. This would also make a killer beginner acoustic. I highly recommend this instrument!
