The Groove Tubes GT-12AX7-R2 Preamp Tube is the second offering from the Russian tube factory. It has larger plates and a big bass response, also a spiral filament which reduces hum in some amp designs.
These long plate tubes are a great choice for a phase inverter tube as well for fans of long plate phase inverters.
