I just got home with this, my first guitar. After playing bass for years I decided to try guitar and after playing many at GC, this is the one I picked. The neck on it is great and it has a nice balance to it. The tone on this guitar is unbelievable, and in the end it was why I couldn't put it down. This guitar is a great deal and I would highly recommend it for a first guitar, or as a great addition to any arsenal.
simple basic but plays great..good gretsch pick ups and agood solid body..nice color scheme sounds great through my marshall....nice addition to my eclectic guitar collection....
I have always wanted a Gretch but they have never quite sounded right with the way I play but I was just hangin at guitarcenter and saw this little beauty on the wall and I thought why not play it. Then this thick rockin sound came out and I fell in love. This guitar may be no Les Paul but man does it have what it takes to give out some power. I am a Flying V fanatic and love the deep sounds of thick distortion and when I played this I just fell in love with the sound for the price there is nothing better I can almost guarantee it.
