Overview

The Gretsch Custom Shop Duo Jet '56 Electric Guitar combines great craftsmanship with some awesome features. Close inspection reveals the impeccable finish and quality appointments of this special guitar. It starts with a Duo Jet style body that's been strategically chambered to improve resonance and relieve weight. The arched laminated maple top further contributes to the guitar's tone and appearance. Its mahogany set neck has a comfortable fat C profile and a smooth Indian rosewood fingerboard. In addition to a master volume and individual pickup volume controls, the Duncan DynaSonic DeArmond pickups are wired to a master tone control and 3-position pickup switch. This Duo Jet is dressed for the stage with a burgundy sparkle finish, nickle hardware, "G-arrow" knobs and a Bigsby tremolo. Includes a hardshell case.

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when this instrument is purchased from an Authorized Gretsch Dealer and is subject to the limitations set forth herein. IMPORTANT: PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, AS IT IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE VALIDATING THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
