Gretsch® Instrument Limited Lifetime Warranty FMIC warrants your Gretsch brand instrument to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original retail purchaser, except that pickups, switches, jacks, controls, all other electronic components, tuning machines, hardware, pickguards, plated surfaces, gig bags, cases and case hardware are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when this instrument is purchased from an Authorized Gretsch Dealer and is subject to the limitations set forth herein. IMPORTANT: PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, AS IT IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE VALIDATING THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. To receive warranty service, return the complete instrument to an Authorized Service Center, with your sales receipt as proof of purchase, during the applicable warranty period. Defective components that qualify for coverage under this warranty will be repaired or replaced (at FMIC's discretion) without charge. All transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with warranty service and repairs on Gretsch instruments are the responsibility of the purchaser, as is any service initiated for the purpose of customizing setups or adjustments beyond factory specifications. Initial standard setup and adjustment of the instrument and its components at the time of purchase are considered normal Dealer product preparation, and are not covered by this warranty. • Comfort /sound and great looks

As reviewed by Joseph Maiale on 12/14/2011

One reviewer stated that the Bass is heavy..Not true, as compared to my Jazz and Warwicks ( especially). The range of sounds is incredible, it can get that wooden sound and be replicated at a decent volume. Everyone compliments the bass on its looks, I agree. It also has that something that sets it apart from other standard basses. It can be played with a pick ( sounds amazing) and fingers. The difference in all the sounds make it like you have at least four different basses. But it can bottom out most amps. I uses a Genz Benz w 2x12 and it sounds great.

  • This Bass Is What Industrial Metal Needs

As reviewed by The Lost Underground on 3/13/2007

When You Look At This Bass You Think Its Like Any Other Bass, Well From 2003 On Tim Skold Of "Marilyn Manson" Uses This Bass And If You Like Manson's Music Than You Can Clearly Here How Good This Bass Sounds In There Live Shows I Roars But Yet Still Has A Sort Of Beauty To Its Pulse Jumping Sounds.

  • awsome....

As reviewed by BaSs FrEaK on 3/20/2007

This bass is pretty cool, it has awsome sound, it wont flake out on u thats for sure. The only thing is is that it weighs a ton. I use the BC Rich mockingbird and sometimes the Gibson Thunderbird (i must hav a thing for birds, lol). Those bass guitars r already heavy but this thing is no joke. Professional usage only, and maybe intermediate. And yes, Tim Skold is the bomb. Y did Twiggy have to leave?!
