The Gretsch Catalina Club Steel Snare Drum provides fat low end tones with the crisp attack that only steel can deliver. It features a chromed-steel shell with 30-degree edges, triple-flange hoops, Evans drumheads, traditional throw-off, and a vintage Gretsch "T-Roof" badge.
I got this for my gretsch set i had bought a while ago, and expected it to be awsome after the great sound, and setup i got from my gretsch set. but it turned out to be not so good. i didn't care for the sound,and it didn't fit with my set. the only time i even use it now, is for heavier driving songs. unless you are desperate, i'd pass on this one.
