Never use other picks again!

By DENNIS BARELA

from Temecula CA

Comments about Graph Tech TUSQ A3 Picks:

I thought to myself, "So how much difference can a pick make?" I was given a reality check with this purchase. I thought I was just hearing things until I compared this to several other picks. The result: Other picks have a dull "thud" when compared to these picks giving a very airy and harmonic sound with use. I know that many producers will encourage guitarists to use a lighter picks than they are used to on some tracks because of the sweetness that they lend in sound. Somehow, these picks give that beautiful ringy tones, timbres and harmonics that accentuate the metals that are used in your strings and then are transferred to the guitar itself. These picks are flat-out amazing and I surprise myself that I am ranting about something as simple as a pick but if you are a serious musician who wants the ultimate tone from his/her guitar, try these!

Best pick I've ever played!!

By Kevin Cantrell

from Auburn ,CA

Comments about Graph Tech TUSQ A3 Picks:

I picked up a couple of these at last years NAMM Show. Came home and never touched them. Then one day I cleaned out my NAMM swag bag and noticed these picks. Just for fun I decided to put them in my pick case and try them out. Wow! They feel great and sound great!! I think I just found my new favorite pick. Great tonal qaulities. I think any style guitar player would love these unbelievable picks. Thanks to graph tech for coming up with these.

Comments about Graph Tech TUSQ A3 Picks:

I play Gibson acoustics and was happy with Dunlop Tortex. Then, found Dunlop Ultex and was happier. But, with the Graph Tech Tusq - I've found I like the grip, the sound, the feel and the responsiveness all at once. Raised lettering helps the grip. Stiffer than most other materials. I'm certain I'll not find another pick that has it all - better than this one.

      Tisq...

      By Jeffrey Riedy

      from Bethlehem, PA

Comments about Graph Tech TUSQ A3 Picks:

So far I'm less than impressed with the Tusq. Not near as responsive as my good ol' picks and when mine arrived, they had some sharp unfinished edges. The picks my friend cut me from an old credit card were much cheaper and easier to grip.

TUSQ is for men, plastic is for...

      By SCOTT

      from Minneapolis MN

Comments about Graph Tech TUSQ A3 Picks:

It took a while to get used to these picks which feel metallic. They are different in feel, and definitely in tone. I like a medium light pick and my style depends on dynamics. These picks are responsive. The best thing I found is an improvement to my tone. Notes ring clearer, and it's just more powerful overall. Going back to my standard Dunlop picks seemed like cheap plastic and a weaker sound. I would like to have a little better grip in raised lettering, but overall I'm happy and will be ordering more, though they do seem to last longer than plastic.
