Comments about Godin Multiac Grand Concert SA Nylon String Electric Guitar:

I had my eye on this guitar for years, and I finally took a chance and ordered it through Guitar Center. I wished that I had something like this years ago. It has a 2 inch wide neck at the nut, a Richlite fingerboard, and killer electronics. One thing that I like about this instrument is that you can adjust the tone by tweaking with the controls through an amp. Plays great and even sounds good unplugged. It has a surprisingly amount of volume without the amp. One thing that I am looking forward to is getting the Roland GR55 and take advantage of the synth features. Even though it is a little pricey, I highly recommend this to any classical or fingerstyle guitarist.

Comments about Godin Multiac Grand Concert SA Nylon String Electric Guitar:

I have been playing guitars for over 40 years and i have never been so blown away by a guitar. The action and feel of this guitar is absolutely incredible. This is after having it for an hour after delivery.
The finish and fit is beautiful as is the finish of the neck.
I have pondered over this guitar for many years now and finally decided to go for it.I purchased the ASG -150 before hand which is built for Godin and having these together is incredible.
I think I'll sell my other guitars becuase whats the point.

Comments about Godin Multiac Grand Concert SA Nylon String Electric Guitar:

Nice sound and no feedback with hi volume.Sounds great with my BOSE L1 compact, but have to work on the equalization to get the sound I wanted. I have to start using it with the Roland GR55 in order to obtain the most of it.

    Great electric/acoustic classical guiatar

    By Joe

    from Chicago, IL

Comments about Godin Multiac Grand Concert SA Nylon String Electric Guitar:

I've been playing this guitar for a month and have enjoyed every second of it. Every physical detail is perfect and of high quality. Sounds amazing plugged in, and almost as good unplugged. If you are a classical guitarist and looking for an acoustic/electric solution, or record your guitar work, this is your weapon of choice!

    Love this guitar

    By Robert K Bronson

    from Bayamon Puerto Rico

Comments about Godin Multiac Grand Concert SA Nylon String Electric Guitar:

First time I saw this guitar, was played by Junior Cabral (ricarjo arjona guitarist) I fell in love with the sound. I broke the pig and order it.The body was solid mahogany, cedar top and maple neck and ebony fingerboard. After a few adjustments on eq, the sound was sweet and very like a fully acoustic guitar. Best features: Neck, no feedback, and sound.Cons' A little weighty, and long sustain. Need to adjust your playing technique. Overall was a very respectful instrument

    Excellent Guitar

    By G'villeguitarplayer

    from Greenville, SC

Comments about Godin Multiac Grand Concert SA Nylon String Electric Guitar:

Excellent Guitar. If you are primarily a classical guitarist (or any guitarist wanting the feel of a true classical guitar) and are looking for a classical guitar that you can amplify without the need for a microphone--this is it. The best guitar in its group; feels and plays like a classical guitar, not an electric. Workmanship is excellent and sound quality is very good with a good amplifier or PA. Synth access is another great feature. My only hope is that Godin continues to make this guitar in the future.

    An exquisite axe.

    By Vance Lucas

    from CT

Comments about Godin Multiac Grand Concert SA Nylon String Electric Guitar:

All top notch woods and solid at that. The highly respected RMC pickup system...sounds like a $5000 vintage classical beign recorded into a top line $2000 condenser mic...AND I MEAN IT.This is a hybrid guitar even though it retains the 2" classical neck width. Still a very good neck to play and I play all styles on this. This is a quality guitar.

    Godin Grand SA Rocks

    By Victor T

    from Princeton Jct, NJ

Comments about Godin Multiac Grand Concert SA Nylon String Electric Guitar:

I own one of these. For me allowing me to have midi access on my synth and in recording is wonderfull. I like that the gutiar feels like a real classical guitar and not the thiner one that Godin makes. I think they are good buy for my large hands this was the way for me to go. I come from a rock background and have switched to a Nuvo Flameco and Jazz feal and this gutiar is wonderfull for live and recording. I run it into a Roland GR 33 and am very happy with that set up. I also run it into a Line 6 Pod XT for studio and live. it tracks well and sound very good and crisp and clear. you can tell however that something is diffrent that is not a normal classical guitar, I think it is a bit brighter but not pizzio pick up brighter. You will need some eq,ing. I also had one problme that one of my pickups was wired the wrong way at Godin and needed to be repaired at a Godin Authorized Shop. All in all I love to play and travel with this guitar.
