The Godin Redline II Electric Guitar delivers searing and ferocious tone via its sustain-inducing, string-through, silver leaf maple body with poplar wings. In addition to an active EMG-81 humbucker in the bridge position, the Godin Redline II also features an active EMG-85 in the neck position for a beefy and fat low-end tone. Choose between the pickups using the 3-way switch and dial-in different sounds using the tone knob. Any pent-up aggression can be unleashed on the fast Redline II rock maple neck with a comfortable Ergocut rosewood fingerboard and 24 super jumbo frets. It has a sleek Redline 3 & 3 headstock, thick black binding, and a stunning high gloss flame top.
Ergocut
The Godin Ergocut shaping technique bevels the edges of the fingerboard and frets back in towards the center of the fingerboard providing an extremely comfortable feel. All Godin necks include this feature.

The Godin Guitar Co. warrants this instrument with regards to materials and workmanship for a period of ONE year from the date of original purchase to the original purchaser. The instrument shall be purchased only from an Authorized Godin dealer. Should the product require service, The Godin Guitar Co. will repair or replace the product free of charge during the warranty period. This warranty shall include all parts and labour. If service is required, contact your Authorized Godin dealer at which point it will be determined whether the guitar can be serviced locally, or should be returned to the factory. All return freight and insurance charges will be paid by the customer.
The following are not covered by the Godin warranty:
- Any instrument upon which the Serial number has been altered in any way. Any instrument that has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accident.
- Normal wear and tear including machine heads, worn frets, saddles and nuts.
Strings and batteries.
- Any instrument that has been subjected to extreme changes in temperature or humidity.
- Cracking or discoloration to the finish.
The Godin Guitar Co. assumes no liability for any loss of income, dissatisfaction, or damages arising from the loss of use of this product due to defects or availability of the product during service.

i've had this guitar almost a year now and it looks, plays, and sounds amazing, my setup is my Redline 2 with Daddario 12-60 gauge strings in drop B tuning, dunlop jazz3 picks, into my pedal board with a ModTone tuner, MXR Wylde overdrive "output full, tone half way and gain all the way down", then a Boss NS2, the MXR is always on, just helps with pick attack and sharpens the tone of my Peavey Valveking halfstack, lead channel, input #1, gain 6, bass 6, mids 6, treble 6, presence 6, and resonance 6. great metalcore/deathcore tone
All I can say about this guitar is "WOW!!!" Great job Godin.
