Comments about Glasser Bass Stand:

Got this bass stand for my wife. She plays a 3/4 double bass and up til now had been keeping it on its side on the rug in our living room between uses. She's quite excited to have it and seems pleased with it overall. It keeps the bass securely upright with the endpin out and provides easy access for her to pick up and play. The bass actually fits in the stand while in its soft-sided case as well. Which is nice when she's taking it back and forth to gigs.

It has a slim profile and displays the bass in a handsome way. Padded arms and points of contact are nice, and the bow hook is a plus. However, the slim profile is also its biggest downside. The upper arms are thin and give a little to the weight of the bass, which had me concerned about its sturdiness. Admittedly though, it's held up well so far. I think it's a very good product for the price.
