The overall design wasn't too bad. I bought this for a Novation 37 SL. If you are in the market for a bag for one of these things then you know how hard it is to find a bag for this thing. The problem with the bag i got was the plastic material inside the back disintegrated as soon as you touched it. Every place there was this plastic inside the bag lining it just fell apart as soon as you touched it. I promptly called customer support and the bag is bag in the mail for a different bag. I have no idea how well the rest of the bag would hold up.It looks nice and the interior lining looks and feels very plush. But the if right out of the box the plastic lining was breaking what does that tell you about the rest of the bag quality. Seriously disappointed. I really wish Fusion bags were available in the US.
I purchased two of these bags - one for a Waldorf Blofeld and the other for a smaller MIDI controller. The dimensions are fine for both and the accessory compartments are roomy enough for cables and foot pedals. Unfortunately this bag has two major flaws. First, it has an overwhelmingly strong moldy/chemical/toxic odor - sometimes enough to make you dizzy whenever opening the bag. I've come across this before with a new product but usually the smell dissipates after a couple of days. In this case the odor in both bags is just a potent today as it was 8 months ago. Secondly, over time I learned that between the inner and outer material is a thin plastic "shell" of some sort that crumbles easily like a table cracker when bent. When an area crumbles, the bag looses it's rigidity in that area and you're left with broken pieces of plastic sliding around inside the bag lining. Seems these bags have been sitting in a warehouse rotting to the point that the odor is permanent and the inner plastic has become petrified. This bag is simply not recommended.
