This is one of the best Les pauls that I have ever played. I have played them all over the past 30 years. The factory set up is amazing. Perfectly in fret. The mini humbuckers sing. The bridge humbucker is brighter than the Seth Lover original PAF type humbuckers of the 58 59 les paul paul pickups. I played the 58 59 reissue Les Pauls prior to buying this.I set out to buy a 59 les paul reiisue iced tea at twice the price. This baby sounded so much better and played so much more easily I could not put it down. Play it and compare it decide for yourself. No regrets.
Buy this Les Paul! This guitar puts every guitar ROCKS-From pun to Metal to Rock a billy to country to reggae. This thig does it all.I have been plaing for 17 years.this guitar actually keeps me interested in practicing,The Action is unbeleivable. The P/ups are awsome and the finish on the guitar is fantastic.I own lots of REALLY High End Guitars-this one is the bes bang for the buck Ive ever owned. BUY IT!!!
I purchased this guitar two days ago and have hardly put it down. Being just a tad skeptical (only 400 being made?) I really put it through its paces at the store. Not only playing it myself, but listening attentively to someone else as well. I was fortunate to have an excellent drummer jump in and round out the effects. What a trip! I bought it, and not sorry I did. The finish and set-up were absolutely perfect. The headstock style is impressive. The sounds coming from this guitar through a Marshal or Peavey stack as well as a Line-6 are all exhilarating! My other guitars include a Gibson Nighthawk, Gibson ES-335, PRS Singlecut, and Fender Strat. I'm so impressed with this little jewel I just might look for another one of the remaining 400 to put away and sell for three times what I bought it for a few years from now.
Had this little sweetie about 3wks. now and love it. The tone and power are amazing. I went from an Amer. Strat, great guitar, to this and am very impressed. I've had LP's before, but not with the mini pick ups. The set up and quality were perfect, but as always, it was the tone that decided it for me. Fender for the single pup sound and this for the humbkin' what more could you ask for?
Well, I unpacked this baby today and all I could do was look at it. This guitar is a work of art. The craftmanship is stellar and the sound is awesome. The 60's slim taper neck was a major selling point as most gold tops have the fatter round neck. This particular guitar plays like butter. Get one while you can...they're going fast!!!
