Comments about Gibson '57 Classic 4-Conductor Humbucker Pickup:

You can't go wrong with a 57!! First put one in an Agile LP copy and it sounds great get a lot of tone comments. I used this one to replace the Epiphone Pro Bucker in my new Les Paul ES Pro hollow body bevause the Pro Bucker, although a great stock pickup for sure, is known for upper mids and that's not a good combination with a hollow body. It did t make a drastic difference but enough for me. The Pro Buckers are unbalanced whereas the 57 is balanced windings so it really tamed the hollow body and gave it the growl a LP should have.
