  • Nashville-tune o'matic bridge

As reviewed by Virgil Van Arsdale on 6/11/2010

this the original equipment fot alot of Gibson guitars. The pricision machine work is super, not slopy like alot of after market bridges, the better the bridge fits the better the sustain!!!

  • excellent!

As reviewed by Elias on 6/16/2010

This is the best bridge Ive had. Ive seen the Epiphone stock bridges, and I thought they were good, but then I saw this one in action and its amazing, the looking and performance is just perfect.

  • No notches

As reviewed by jb blues on 11/19/2010

As you can see, there are no notches on the saddles to keep the strings in place. not a deal breaker on an other wise finely machined component, but considering my epiphone had a bridge with nothches, i figured it worth mentioning. i guess you could really only dislodge the strings (and put them out of tune) if you were really slamming right next to the bridge with a 3 mil pick, but that would just be the worst if you were at a gig and it happened. buying gibson components, you're guaranteed a perfect fit and good quality(in my limited experience), but I would recommend checking out other brands, they might have natches and are probably cheaper than gibson(unless you go for higher end parts).
