The solid maple construction, driven by Burstuckers is sure to create a new class of blues rockers.
Originally introduced in the early '80s, the Gibson 335-S is for players who love the 335 size and shape yet want the brighter tone of a solid maple guitar. That tone is aided aided and abetted on this new version with the addition of BurstBucker pickups that replicate the sound of Gibson's original "Patent Applied For" pickups. Of course this 335 has the seductively rounded Venetian cutaways while the maple neck with rosewood fingerboard hosts 22 frets.
