Product Information

A Les Paul in its most basic form—without any compromises.

Gibson USA's Les Paul Studio Raw Power is the Les Paul in its most basic form, yet built like none other before. It starts with a highly resonant lightweight chambered maple body with a matching traditional carved maple top, resulting in a more articulate, bright tone. A maple fingerboard gives each played note a snappier response. A pair of Gibson's renowned '57 Classic pickups provides all the clear punch and muscle of those legendary "PAFs." The Raw Power Les Paul comes in a variety of satin 'nitro' finishes. All the rest of the basics remain the same: 22-fret solid maple neck, a volume and control knob for each pickup, one three-way toggle switch, Grover Kluson-style green key tuners and Gibson's pioneering Tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece. The new Les Paul Studio Raw Power from Gibson USA is solid. It's dependable. And most of all, it's affordable — without any compromises. Includes Gibson gigbag.

Amazing value Super sweet guitar

I bought this guitar about 3 weeks ago wanting an LP for years but way out of my budget . Everything about this guitar is amazing! I was going to buy a faded Studio model but the dealer had one of these left for just a bit more. The moment i picked it up and played it it was mine. It was instant Big Difference- Huge ! The maple body and maple fret board make it like no other It just rings or growls ! Our First recording session was the proof. I play thru a Fender 2-12 blues deville and was able to lose my boss drive pedal that i needed with my strat and just use the drive from the amp. I play 2nd lead in a band and talk about beefing up the sound.Everyone was was amazed. Its a little heavier because of the maple body ( i played for 3 hours last session and never felt it) but the balance is perfect and the 3 positions on the P/U gave me every range I needed. Never having to adjust my amp once. A friend of mine is a very reknowned Blues guitar player in the area and has several high end LP's and was very impressed with its tone feel and the cratsftmenship. All this with a a Hard shell case ! You cant go wrong ! Before you lay out another 1000 or more for a std check this baby out i think you will be very happy

amazing

I have had this guitar for almost two weeks now and I love it. The second i started playing it i could tell the difference, i could even play it better. It is the greatest guitar I have ever played and i doubt I will ever need a new one. It is a little bit heavy but the sound makes up for it 110 percent. If you are looking for a guitar with looks and great sound then this is the guitar for you to get you will never let it out of your sight.
