The Gibson ES Series Hard Case is designed to protect your Gibson ES guitar for a lifetime of enjoyment.

If you plan to use your ES series guitar for gigging with frequent loading and unloading, there are probably cases that are more durable, as far as the exterior surface is concerned. (Molded hard plastic types). Overall quality for this case is good, but really no better than less expensive vinyl covered hardshell alternatives. The satin shroud is more of a nuisance than a benefit. The handle on the case I received was different from that shown on the GC website photos, but that did not bother me. Also, the interior lining was partially detached at the headstock end. I chose to repair it myself rather than return it. The case has no lock, or provision for a lock and the "brass" latches and hardware have a cheap look. I love my Gibson guitars, gig with them regularly, but I also realize that they are investments too. From that perspective, a real Gibson case is the only way to go.
I bought this case for my beloved '74 ES 335 that has spent the last 30 years in a case that fit OK but wasn't made for it. This case works great and fits a 335 like a glove. The handle was a little different from the one pictured above but is still very functional. Overall you can't go wrong. There are cheaper cases available but if you have the bread and want the best fit for your Gibby 335, this is case to get. I presume it also fits a ES 330 and other similar sized Gibsons. Check with GC before buying if you're in doubt.
The best money can buy and a great price. There is nothing like a Gibson case the way it feels the way it smells and the way it protects the very finest intruments made today yesterday and tomorrow. I wouldnt settle for anything less and neither should you.
