A stunning reissue of the 'Holy Grail' of the LP!
The Gibson Custom Shop 1958 Les Paul Standard V.O.S. Series Electric Guitar is a faithful reissue that features a carved plain maple top, solid mahogany back and sides, and single-ply cream binding on the top. The rounded-profile neck is one-piece mahogany with the original-style truss rod. The rosewood fingerboard is finished with 22 frets, vintage trapezoid inlays, and single-ply cream binding. Seriously scorching output is delivered through dual BurstBucker pickups, tone and volume controls, and a 3-way switch. Electronics include the original CTS pots and bumblebee capacitors for a signal path that's truly vintage.
All VOS guitars have been "Plek'd" using Gibson's new Plek machine which measures and analyzes the neck, frets, and string motion and then files and dresses the neck for near perfect action with no buzzes or dead spots.
To protect your investment in quality, this guitar comes complete with a Gibson Custom Shop case, a Certificate of Authenticity, and a Gibson Custom Care Kit.

58 Les Paul
The Les Paul is by far the most outstanding guitar in the Gibson Custom line-up. If you play blues, southern rock, classic rock, heavy metal or anything else, this is the guitar for you. it may be expensive, but its well worth the price in the long run.
