From my experience Gibson has always created quality products, this is no exception. Although it wont make your pickup sound any better it certainly gives your guitar a dinstinct look. This is a great product for its cost, and goes very well with most gibson and epiphone guitars. If your looking for a cheap way to give your guitar a professional look i recomend this product.
I purchased both the bridge and and neck covers in nickel for my Les Paul Classic Goldtop. Not only did they improve the asthetics of the guitar, but are also functional. The double black ceramics that came stock on this model Les Paul just didn't look quite right on a Goldtop. These covers also got rid of most of the hum and buzz that these high output pickups would put out. Pickup covers not only protect the coils, but provide the nessasary shielding to squelch any unwanted noise. Both of the Gibson covers look great and were easy to install with a soldering iron.
