Comments about Giannini CDR Pro Thin CEQ Nylon String Acoustic-Electric Guitar:
This thinline is a very comfortable guitar to play, yet still has a nice full unplugged sound and a very even response from bass through treble frequencies - probably due to the lattice bracing.
I've played it through both a Fender Acoustasonic Jr., and a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. I find the tone controls and phase button to render a nice natural tone either way. The built in tuner which silences the output when engaged is a nice touch, particularly when breaking in new strings.
There isn't anything in the literature about this being a lattice braced guitar, but a look inside revealed that it does have lattice bracing. This allows for a thinner, solid top.
The guitar has great volume, projection, and clarity associated with that style of bracing, and there are no dead spots anywhere. All in all an outstanding value on a well made guitar. I am very pleased.
