Comments about Gemini MM-4000 DJ Mixer:
Compared to the similarly designed C3FX mixing board from Numark the Gemini MM-4000 is a better built product at a better price point. It can handle louder audio inputs than the Numark C3FX and has 6 line inputs instead of 5. However for the gained vocal effects feature you loose a few other features such as no balance control, no split cue and no fader start inputs that the Numark C3FX does offer. The reason I stuck with the Gemini despite a few less features than the Numark is overall sound quality. Iۡve used the American Audio Q-Spand series of mixers for years and itۡs hard to beat the quality and durability Iۡve come to expect from them but they do not offer a mixer with vocal effects. All-in-all the Gemini is a good professional introductory mixer for the price, with a few added features I would have gladly paid more and gave 5 stars instead of 4.
