gemini really stepped thier game up with these...sound is steller. add a sub and omg right up there with mackie and jbl....a bit on the heavy side but a quality speaker. i would reccomend to anyone unless you cant lift 80+ pounds
I've been a DJ for over 10 years and I started out using NON powered speakers a bunch of guys I knew aways had JBL,Mackies. I saw these and thought there cheaper and I dont really do alot of BIG time events so I got them I'll have to say the sound you get out of these speakers are GREAT now your not gonna want to be using them at proms but for smaller weddings and functions there just right they are on the heavy size but its worth it when you plug them up I would recomend these to anyone who is just starting out and looking to get the most bang for your BUCK!!!
