As the name suggests, this Gemini GVX-10P/GVX-SUB12P speaker package includes a GVX-10P 10" loudspeaker and a GVX-SUB12P Subwoofer. It also comes with a Gemini speaker pole 1M so you can mount the loudspeaker on the sub for a more balanced sound attack.
Gemini GVX-10P 10" Loudspeaker The 10" Gemini GVX-10P active loudspeaker boasts a sleek compact design while still packing quite a punch. The 2-way biamplified, optimized Gemini speaker is equipped with a 10" woofer and 2" voice coil, 200W RMS (165W LF, 35W HF), and a 400W peak.
Accurate, detailed midrange and pleasant, smooth highs allow the GVX-10P loudspeaker to be driven to perform. To protect your investment, the Gemini GVX-10P speaker has short circuit, amplifier thermal, and DC protections.
Other features include balanced XLR Line input with pass-thru XLR connector and a switch for full-range or monitor 100Hz low-cut filter. The Gemini GVX-10P loudspeaker has a perforated steel mesh grille. water-resistant textured black paint, and recessed flush handles that make it gig-worthy. The Gemini speaker is also flyable, pole mountable, and floor wedge-able.
Gemini GVX-SUB12P Subwoofer The Gemini GVX-SUB12P subwoofer features a 12" woofer speaker with a 2" voice coil and 50 oz. magnet. It also has a built-in amp with limiter circuit, balanced XLR 1/4" combo input, balanced XLR output and high-pass output. The GVX-SUB12P is a great addition to any setup, especially when paired with the Gemini GVX Series 12" or 15" loudspeakers. Other features include a perforated steel mesh grille, recessed flush handles, phase inverter switch, a 35mm pole mount fitting, and a water-resistant, textured black paint finish.

I have owned and own multiple powered systems(mackie, qsc , jbl, behringer) and run live sound for 5 piece bands playing high energy music. If you are playing smaller rooms(75-150 people), this system is the best price point you can find for a light weight easy to transport and set up PA system. I even run the kick drum through the system and while the 12" subs can not substitute for 18", it does provide great support to round out the punch with the bass players amp. (Note: for the kick drum you'll need to boost the lows, roll off the mids and highs on your board and adjust the cross over on the subs). We use this system out door as well and it does well for smaller area coverage. The clarity of the 10" tops is good but don't expect a wide dispersion or long throw. Lastly, the quality appearance of this system is appealing and the reliability has been perfect after about a year of regular weekly use. In my opinion, you can't beat this top/bottom combination for the price...good job Gemini!
