  • Great STARTER Speakers!

    The Bad first: I believe the only real concern is getting a defective speaker from Gemini. The quality control is the weak link on these speakers. I had to return one speaker as the wood cabinet on the back became loose and started a very annoying vibration/fluttering noise when heavy bass was being dispersed. The Handles are NOT meant for carrying as other reviewers mentioned so handle (no pun intended) with care. My other speaker was delivered with a broken handle. Now the Good: Simply put...They Bang!!!! The sound in my opinion is worth the "possibility" of an exchange for a bad speaker at this price. When crossing over music to heavy bass, they do not disappoint. I am pushing them with a Crown XLS402 and they love each other. Four stars on sound & looks and minus one star for quality control from the Gemini. PS. If your a real sound freak, the crossover points could be much better. The woofers working at full range (no low pass cross over at all) and the horn and tweeters have a high pass crossover so high, no voice comes though them. You are getting 98% of your low to high range sound from the woofers. But again, together it sounds very good. But adjusting the cross over points, in my opinion, would make this speaker "the best kept low cost secret" out there.

    I bought a pair of these for djing small and medium venues, and let me tell you, these are AMAZING! i now use these for large venues. the low end is amazing with the 2 15" woofers. i dont use subwoofers cause i blew my old ones. and these make up for it. i recomend these 100%

    i was blown away by the thees speakers they are AMAZING im a DJ and man they pack a BIG punch in such a small box they are so light perfect to move around and they are at such a great price
