This is a very good mic if you are just looking to have fun. I bought these with my exchange student and wanted to test there distance. I have concrete renforced walls in my home. I put the receiver in my room and stood outside and walked down the street. The mic started cutting out at about 4 to 5 hundred feet. Would Not suggest these for concert use or band use unless you are just getting started and are on a very low budget.

Pros: They are cheap. Cons: - Batteries out-weigh the actual mics. - Take 9 volt which need to be replaced very often. - Only 1 input for both mics so cannot have individual control of mics on your mixer. Must use the Knobs on the interface. - Sound like I you are singing through a headphone speaker. - Feedback. Want to give 1 star however Guitar Center didn't post my first comment. So I will give it 2 stars and maybe this time they will post my review. Try the AKG WMS 40 Mini if you are looking to spend 100 or less.

Cant beat the price

By Armando

from Ontario , CA

yeah its no Line 6, but I didn't go broke buying it either. Used these mic's for the first time, just practice, but what a difference all around. They do what they say their going to do, "Work". no problems, no feedback, no lost signal just a get inexpensive wireless system. It was great to get rid of all the wires.

Good Wireless Mics

By Carlyn Robinson

from Metro Detroit, Michigan

I purchased these wireless mics to use for large meetings of 150+ people. These mics are easy to use, easy to set up, have a good range, and work each time I turn them on. The mic jack wire is rather short, so I will need to purchase a longer one. Your average non "techy" person can use these wireless mics without issue. Definitely recommend.

not good for tow micophones

By Saengtham Chanthasit

from Denver CO

I bought it for Thanksgiving party in my house on 11-22-2012, connected to power mixer in living room, one mic sound is good, but another distort, cut out. I turn off and turn it on again, mic was bad before is good, but mic used to be good is bad. Now I exchange to Nady Encore DUET WHT Handheld Wireless System, and I am waiting for this, they shipped to me. I hope is good wireless Micophone.

Cheap sometimes means Cheap!

By Travis Holland

from Fresno, CA

Price was good. Sound was good. But that's it. I used these for a Karaoke show. If you sang a little too loud it distorted. It cut out all the time. I ended up just using them to announce the next singer, but if I moved my hand to fast it cut out! Horrible mic. Warning!...steer clear of these CHEAP mics. Taking them back after one night of use.

Awesome Mic Set for the Price

By John Double J Jensen

from Woodstock,IL

I bought this mic set because my Voco Pro UHF8500 have very bad interference problem. This mic worked without a hitch. It is the best bang for the buck. The power cord and 1/4 cord are some what short but overall I highly recommend this mic set.

Great Mobile DJ Mic

By DJ Malarky

from Albuquerque, New Mexico

This has to be the best bang for your buck wireless mic system. I purchased this system as a last minute thing for a last minute gig since the other 3 more exspensive systems were allready being used. I have to say with the exception of the short 1/4 mic jack these babies worked great. I was in a hotel, 3 rooms together and was able to use my mic along with the host using her mic at the same time with very clear tones. Walking around the rooms in between people and tables these mics never cut out and i will highly reccomend to any mobile dj. On a budget or not.

pretty good mics

By pedro

from rosemead, calfornia

i got these mics today and they work great. you have goods and bads about the mics, but i think they're good. the bads are the mics are made out of cheap plastic, the system is made out of cheap plastic, and it comes with a SHORT wire. the goods are that they work, they have their own channels, you can use them at the same time, and the system can connect to an amp or a pa system. overall they're great mics and for the price i recomend these if you are starting a garage band or have one and aren't looking to spend too much money.
