This little device works really well. Make sure that your computer has a sound recorder and you're set. Just hook it up with your turntable etc. and your usb, open up sound recorder and start. Some may think it is a little expensive but it's worth it
the manual for this product is badly written and easily confusing. However the product works great once you figure it out. Worth every cent. Highly recommend.
I purchased this unit about a year ago, based on recommendations from the GC folks. I was able to master about 3 albums, and then put it away for a few months.
When I came back to do some more work, I discovered that the unit no longer sent stereo audio down the USB line. Subsequent investigating showed that the headphone monitor no longer worked, and the line out was also in monaural. I've tried both a phonograph, and line input, just to check and also tried three different computers, all with the same result.
I believe this unit is no longer produced, but avoid it if you see one used.
