A large jog/shuttle/search wheel is illuminated with a vibrant blue outline, and many of the unit's large rubber buttons are also illuminated. These include cue, play, in, out, pitch, and search. Tracks can be selected instantly with the Gem Sound T-525's direct-access numeric pad.
The Gem Sound CD T-525 CD player also boasts seamless looping, as well as 40 seconds of anti-shock buffer. Using the fader, ±12% pitch control is available or you can access ±16% pitch control using the pitch-bend buttons. An S/PDIF digital output allows a direct digital connection to recorders, mixers, computers, and other digital equipment. Power on the DJ CD player can be switched between 115V and 230V for worldwide use.
