The Gear One G40DX Stereo Headphones have a lightweight and comfortable design. These full-frequency headphones collapse for easy transport and storage. The G40DX headphones are fully adjustable and have an attached 8' cable with a 3.5mm stereo jack. A ¼" stereo adapter is included.
I was in a hurry, and I needed a pair of headphones to do my recording work (bass, guitar, midi keyboard, vocals). I have to say in all earnest, I was very pleased from the moment I put them. These are very lightweight, comfortable head phones, marked L & R. The cable is extra long with a standard 1/4" TRS male plug, which can be reduced to 1/8" with a simple adapter if necessary. First i tried them out with iTunes, and cranked up the volume and bass. These are one amazing set of phones, with a frequency response of 18hz to 20Khz, and everything comes through crisp and clean, with no distortion or frequency shift drop-out. For the price, these phones beat out a lot of the more expensive sets. I've always had good experience with Gear One products, and the G40DX headphones are no exception to the rule! I tried plugging them into the headphone out jack on my VOX VT-100, and again, they took everything I threw at them with no problem. Now late night practicing or just plain jamming is within reach at last! My advice, if you need a very good set of headphones and you don't want to spend hours going over specs, reviews, price, etc., grab a pair of these. You will not be disappointed!
