You spend hard-earned money on high-end gear, and you™ll want to keep it performing and looking its best for years to come. Gator cases are custom designed for an exact fit with some of the most popular pieces of gear out there today, and they are built beyond normal strength standards. The G-TOUR XONE4D-ARM1-PL is designed to be a perfect fit for the Allen & Heath XONE 4D DJ mixer, with tour-style plywood construction, heavy-duty hardware, and ultra-durable EVA interior rubber protection that will keep your investment safe and secure at all times. This case also features Gator' DJARM, a mountable laptop tray that can be positioned either on the left or the right side of the case so your laptop or iPad can sit comfortably while performing. There' even an internal storage compartment in the lid to stow away the arm bracket and tray when not in use. Recessed inline wheels make the entire case easy to move from one gig to the next.

This is one solid case. If not for one minor issue, and a design overlook, it'd be 5 stars. This beast is HEAVY. It provides maximum protection for an A&H Xone:4d. This case brings the weight of a Xone:4d to carry around from 11 lbs to over 60. This is due to it's immense cushioning and mixer saving powers. I could probably toss this case off the empire state building with a mixer in it and only suffer scratches. It doesn't come w/ instructions, you wouldn't think you need them, but when staring at all the hardware they give you, you wonder what it's for, but just throw all the extras somewhere to be lost forever assuming they are worthless (maybe they are?) The other issue. This case appears like it is designed for you to operate the mixer while inside of it. BUT if this was the case, there should not be solid foam over top of the vents on the left and right of the mixer. A&H manual says to never operate the mixer with the vents covered. And doing so, apparently yielding to the mixer overheating and temporarily disabling sound card and midi functionality, until it cooled off. I have since cut holes in the foam to allow airflow near these vents and the issue has subsided. So it is a great case, especially since all the other Xone:4d cases are junk. Just remember to cut foam out of it for the vents.
