The Gator GBE-Elec Econoomy Electric Guitar Gig Bag is constructed with a 600-denier nylon exterior and 420-denier nylon interior with 2/5" of padding to keep your electric guitar protected. The interior of the softshell case is reinforced at the headstock and bridge to provide extra protection for the parts that need it most. An exterior accessory pocket provides space for picks, business cards, and other essential gear. Its comfortable shoulder strap makes it easy to tote around town.

I actually feel that my Deluxe Ash Tele and my Ibanez S671QM are valuable enough to need a good padded bag, this bag does not have useful padding. I exchange for Fender Metro for the Tele and Fender Urban for the 671 as those are well padded, next best thing to 150.00 hard shell. If you just need a cover these "economy bags" would be fine, I need to protect my investments from travel and storage damage.
This Gator gig bag is well worth the 25 dollar investment. The zippers are good and the front pocket is a good size. It has a good construction feel to it. As in the title of this review, this is a non Guitar Name Gig bag. That to me is important. I own a Yamaha Electric Guitar and it fits perfect in this bag. The padding is good. Its not real thick but it is far better then putting your guitar in a real cheap gig bag that has no padding at all. There is a Fender gig bag similar to this bag that I did not want to get because I dont have a Fender Guitar. Plus, Gator is a very good unknown producer of Gig Bags to Hard Cases. I am satisfied with this bag and more so with only a 25 dollar price tag.
