My Gibson bfg fits perfectly in this case. Nice interior lining over firm padding. Perfect for rough air travel or any rough handling. The spring loaded latches seem like and odd choice to me. You'd think they would pop open easily. I've tested it a bit (tossing it around) and they seem to hold. I will, of course, being putting additional straps on when I fly in a few months. It is big case, nearly the size of a regular acoustic case. It feels a little weird putting my tiny little Les Paul in it. The case arrived with only one minor flaw in the exterior that doesn't impact it's function. It's not "waterproof" but it will definitely keep your guitar dry if you get caught in a downpour. It is NOT an archtop case. That's the only improvement I would suggest to Gator.
