I bought this in feb 2011 after my gig skinz case fell to pieces. Gator claims their cases are virtually indestructible. The case may be but the cheap plastic handles they put on top of the case to carry it certainly aren't. I pick it up last night and the handle just broke off. I'd expect a case at this price to last longer than 6 months. Of course guitar center could do nothing to help me and Gator can only be contacted by email and reply within 3 business days. What kind of customer service is that?
I gig almost every night and want to be able to exchange a faulty product easily, i don't want to have to ship it back at MY expense and wait 2 weeks for a replacement. How do i transport my keyboard in the meantime?
Another great example of poor workmanship and a large company that doesn't like to speak to its customers.
